Food products are non-returnable due to food safety and hygiene concerns. However, we offer full replacement or refund for products that are:

  • Received in damaged condition
  • Defective
  • Wrong item delivered

Conditions for Returns/Refunds:

  • You must raise the concern within 4 working days from the day of delivery.
  • An unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging must be provided.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via RazorPay to your original payment method within 15 working days.

 

DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT

If your package arrives with visible damage or the product inside is damaged:

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified by the customer.
  • If we face an unforeseen operational issue from our end (e.g., product out of stock, address issues), we may cancel the order and refund the full amount.

BATCH IDENTIFICATION:

At Banter, we manufacture our nut butters in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. The Manufactured Date printed on each jar also serves as the Batch Number. This allows us to efficiently track and trace products if needed, using the date as a reference.
